I am blown away with the quality and amazing customer service!! I definitely recommend. A previous company I worked with didn’t want to fix their errors and wouldn’t allow me to print. I was stressed searching for a company all night and I came accross qin. I read that the payment process was skeptical because of wiring but I felt at ease because of another review so I hope this also puts someone else at ease that it is very safe and 100% legit. The quality was so much better than my previous company and each book was properly plastic wrapped which I love that they are protected from any rain that may occur during shipping.
I had no idea what I was doing as this was the first time I have ordered books. Nelson helped me figure out every step of the process and checked to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I also had him give me multiple quotes for different options and he happily babied me through the whole thing.
